Facility Reservation (Personal Settings)

To Setup Display Settings of Facility Reservation

When you press the link of Display Settings in Settings menu, Display Settings screen is displayed.

• Choose how many facilities are displayed per page for Group/Day and Group/Week screen.
• Choose how many items are displayed per page for such as search results, Private Facility Group Settings screen.
• Choose which filed of reservation is displayed in facility reservation screens.
• Choose the first day of week of the monthly calendar.
• Choose whether to display holiday.
• Choose whether to display Japanese six labels.
  * If the system administrator sets to not display Japanese six labels, this option is not displayed.
• Choose which screen is displayed when Facility Reservation application is started.
• Choose whether to display end time of reservations.

When the setup is complete, press "Update" button to save the data.

To Setup Private Facility Group Settings

When you press the link of Private Facility Group Settings in Settings menu, Private Facility Group Settings screen is displayed.
You can add, edit, and delete private facility groups which can be used in such as Group/Day, Group/Week screen.

• Add a private facility group.
• Change the display order of private facility groups you selected.
  Choose data you want to move on the list and then press "Change Display Order" button to switch the screen mode to Change Display Order mode.
  In Change Display Order mode, choose the destination of the private facility groups. You can move more than one data at once.
  * Press and hold down the mouse button over the data you want to move and move the mouse and release the mouse button on desired place to change the display order.
  
• Delete private facility groups.
  Select private facility groups you want to delete and press this button to delete them. You can delete more than one private facility group.
• The list of private facility groups is displayed.
  When you press a link of the group name, Edit Private Facility Group screen is displayed.

To Add Private Facility Group

When you press "Add Private Facility Group" button, Add Private Facility Group screen is displayed.

• Enter a name of the group.
• Select facilities to be added to the group.
  When you press "Select" button, Select Facilities window is displayed. Select facilities to be added to the group.

When the entry is complete, press "Add" button to save the data.

To Edit Private Facility Group

When you press a link of Group Name, Edit Private Facility Group screen is displayed.



When changes are complete, press "Update" button to save the data.

To Delete Private Facility Groups

When you press "Delete" button on the list of private facility groups or Edit Private Facility Groups screen, a confirmation window is displayed.
When you press "Yes" button, the private facility groups will be deleted. The deleted items cannot be recovered. Please take note.
